Basic Process |
Two components, Polyol and Isocyanate are metered,
mixed and dispensed into a groove or onto a surface
at room temperature in Formed-in-Place-Foam-Gasket (FIPFG)
process for the production of polyurethane
thixotropic or liquid foam gaskets. |
Supplied Gasket Types |
Compact Gaskets
(FIPG: Formed-In-Place-Gasket) |
Unfoamed in-situ gaskets are produced from polymerization without change
of volume. They can be adjusted from liquid to pastely. |
Liquid Foam Gaskets (FIPFG: Formed-In-Place-Foam-Gasket) |
Liquid foam gaskets require a distinctive groove and a plain
surface. They are selfleveling. |
Thixotropic Foam Gaskets (FIPFG:
Formed-In-Place-Foam-Gasket) |
High-thixotropic gasket systems, which can be applied with or
without groove. They are excellent suitable for the application of
three-dimensional surfaces, and even for inclined surfaces. |
