In Robotek, service is given in two different contents. One of these
includes service while second one includes maintenance and repair
processes.
Application service
Application engineers and system engineers
give the application service.
Application engineers provide application support
intended for materials and processes. They also give back up
regarding any part of the installed system. These support can be
given by phone or in place.
System engineers, by working with the customers produce
mechanical, electric-electronic and software solutions and
projects intended for polyurethane dispensing technology, they set the system, study aimed at amelioration
of existing systems, give the service in the area of testing and
installing.
Maintenance and repair
When the device or machine is received by the firm which has been sent to for
the purpose of maintenance and repair or inspected in place,
customer is informed about estimated cost. It is
oriented to finish standard products maintenance and repair as soon
as possible without interrupting customers production. Primarily, works
under the guarantees are done.
Maintenance options
1- Under the warranty
For the products sold by Robotek, warranty period against production
and design fault is usually 24 months and service is given without any
charge during this period.
2- Contractual
For the products that are not under warranty an annual (monthly
paid) ``Technical Support and consultation`` agreement is prepared
and signed mutually. This method is the most recommended way for
both Robotek and customers. |

Training
The aim of Robotek Training Program is to transfer the knowledge for
the polyurethane dispensing technology, the process, the system and
the application experience to the users
effectively. All training programs include theory as well as application based information. In the laboratory, workshop
and at customer side, there
are training sets built for application purpose.
Operation
Also after commissioning, we offer our assistance with our comprehensive
after-sales-service. In
addition to our free of charge acceptance trainings held in-house or at the
customer's premises, we
offer to participate in our application-technical seminars at any time."
